We are seeking energetic individuals with a positive attitude to join our state-of-the-art dermatology clinics located in Stone Oak (1604 & Stone Oak) and Northwest San Antonio (IH-10 and 1604, near Dominion).
Compensation:
Competitive salary with bonus and benefits based on experience.
Available Positions (Full-Time and Part-Time):
Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM
Part-time: Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 1 PM or 1 PM to 6 PM

Front Office/Medical Assistant Receptionist
Medical Assistant (MA)
Aesthetician and Cosmetic Assistant
Medical Clerk/Phone Operator
Medical Graduate (US or FMG)
Physician Assistant (PA)
Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Clinical Manager
General Requirements (for all positions):
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems
Professional appearance and demeanor
High school diploma with at least one year of college or an associate degree
Previous experience in a medical practice (dermatology or plastic surgery experience preferred but not required)
Position-Specific Duties and Requirements:
Medical/Cosmetic Receptionist:
Greet patients, handle check-in/check-out, and collect copays
Enter patient demographics into EMR and submit electronic claims
Provide information about medical and cosmetic procedures/products
Upload documents, assist the back office, and answer phone calls
Assist doctors with room preparation and procedures
Collect patient history, take photos, and schedule appointments
Maintain cleanliness of devices and instruments
Requirements: High school diploma; one year of college or associate degree preferred; prior experience in a medical practice.
Medical Clerk/Phone Operator:
Process documents and answer phone inquiries
Prepare charts and labs for the following day
Confirm and schedule patient appointments
Requirements: Minimum one year of college or equivalent; prior experience in a medical practice preferred.
Medical Graduate (MD, DO, or FMG), PA, NP:
Conduct patient history intake
Participate in patient evaluations and treatment plans
Foreign Medical Graduates (FMGs) may apply for certified dermatology programs or observerships.
Clinical Manager:
Oversee clinical operations, staff management, and marketing
Review guidelines, accounts receivable (A/R), billing, and QuickBooks reports
Cosmetic Care Coordinator:
Consult with patients regarding their aesthetic needs
Review and discuss treatment plans designed by the doctor
Capture pre- and post-procedure images and conduct follow-ups
Medical Assistant (MA):
Collect patient history and document in EMR or paper charts
Assist the surgeon during procedures and act as a scribe for doctors
Perform or assist with laser procedures
Clean and sterilize instruments and process prescriptions
Requirements: At least one year of college or equivalent; MA training school graduate; HIPAA certified.
Aesthetician:
Perform or assist with aesthetic procedures, including laser treatments, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels
Requirements: One year of college or equivalent; graduate from an accredited aesthetician school.
Additional Opportunities:
MDs, NPs, or PAs may apply for a Non-ACGME dermatology fellowship certificate or observership program.
